This page is in preparation. It states what is already true; the sections marked “in preparation” are completed before membership opens.

This policy will cover refunds for membership services once membership opens. Project work is covered by each project’s agreement, not by this policy.

Membership

In preparation: cancellation terms, the refund window, pro-rating between memberships and terms (7 day, 30 day, 90 day, annual), and how refunds are processed. No membership is on sale yet.
