Getting started with the Photon Datum Portal

How to sign in and reach your member services.

Photon Datum Portal is the front door to your member services. You sign in once with single sign-on, and from the portal you manage your services, including access to Photon Datum Chat.

Before you begin

Membership is not open yet. Single sign-on and the portal are being brought up first, so each is labelled Available soon on the membership page, which lists the plans and what each one includes. When membership opens, you will need one to use the member services.

I do not have an account yet

There is no sign-up on this site today. To ask about early access, or to hear when membership opens, write to us at . Tell us who you are and what you want to use, such as the AI agent workspace or Git hosting.

Sign in

  1. Select Login at the top right of any page on this site.
  2. If you are not signed in, the portal sends you to the single sign-on page. This is a separate page from this site: that is expected, and it is the same sign-in for every member service. Enter your details there.
  3. After you sign in, you return to the portal.

What you can reach from the portal

The portal is where each member service is reached. This is the current list, with the stage each one is at:

A service labelled Available soon, In development or Roadmap may not be open to you yet. The membership page says which membership includes which service.

If you cannot sign in

  • Check that you are using your single sign-on account details, not details from another site.
  • Try again from Login on this site, rather than from a saved link to the sign-in page.
  • If it still fails, contact us and say what you saw on the screen, including any message. Do not send your password.
